To promote menstrual hygiene, dignity, and health awareness among women and girls, the Foundation undertook the installation of Sanitary Napkin Vending Machines and Free Dispenser Units at various public institutions, educational campuses, correctional facilities, community centers, and other high-footfall locations.

These wall-mounted vending machines provide easy and discreet access to high-quality sanitary napkins through simple coin- or card-operated systems, ensuring that women can obtain essential menstrual hygiene products whenever needed. Alongside these, free dispenser units have been installed in selected locations to support underprivileged women and girls who may not have the financial means to purchase sanitary products, thereby addressing immediate hygiene needs with dignity and respect.

The initiative aims to break the stigma surrounding menstruation while creating a safe, accessible, and hygienic environment for women. In many institutional settings, lack of access to sanitary products often leads to discomfort, absenteeism, health complications, and emotional distress. By ensuring round-the-clock availability of sanitary napkins, the project helps bridge this critical gap and empowers women to manage their menstrual health confidently.

The machines are designed to be durable, user-friendly, and low-maintenance, making them ideal for long-term deployment in public and semi-public spaces. Their installation supports various government initiatives focused on women’s welfare, health, and empowerment while contributing to broader goals of gender equality and public health.
